The 关塔那摩 (Guantanamo) cigars are a brand crafted for the entry-level market by Cuban tobacco. Produced in the Vuelta Arriba region of Cuba—an area known for its production of standard cigar leaves—this region, while not classified as a premium area, supplies the raw materials for many of the lesser-known local Cuban cigars.
